about us
Event managers and stylists are fundamentally party planners at heart. We’re the glue that makes each event run smoothly from beginning to end, and the creative thinkers that bring your vision to life. We help you gain clarity on what can often be a super overwhelming process, and love nothing more than taking the stress off your hands to execute your dream celebration.
Most importantly, we totally get that planning an event can be demanding and time-consuming. Whether you need an expert planner to manage all of the finer details, a creative stylist to design the perfect event concept, or a resourceful coordinator to oversee the day, you’ve come to the right place. We do it all (and more!), wrapped up in one seamless package to ensure all of your bases are covered - from finding the best vendors that align with your vision, right down to organising who’ll be washing glasses on the day.
We love the logistics, the flow and the grit behind the scenes that makes the engine turn. Above all, we love pushing the boundaries with fresh, original ideas and creating unforgettable guest experiences. We listen to your vision and bring it to life effortlessly like a well oiled (but highly air-conditioned) machine. This is what we’re good at. This is what we love. This is what we do!

Where
the
passion to plan
begun
When I planned my own wedding, my love for events was exploding. I thrived on the time, detail, thought and preparation involved in the planning - but the day itself was another story.
So many details were overlooked! Table numbers that took months to make were nowhere to be found, the weather turned upside down and no one knew our back up plan, the venue forgot my ceremony music, our page boys were waiting at the arbour and we had no idea they’d begun. When we returned from our bridal photos, I heard the music - The Wiggles were playing while our guests had canapes and cocktails. No kidding - as an ex-DJ, can you imagine my shock?! Our make up artist got lost arriving two hours late, my phone was ringing all morning with questions and concerns, and the venue owner who I had dealt with throughout the entire process didn’t even show up on the day. All I could think about was stress.
Although these were minor things compared to the joy of getting married, I felt overwhelmed. I wanted to relax and let go, but I couldn’t.
This sparked me to make sure that no other couples would go through the same emotions - at least not on my watch. After 20+ years working in the event industry, along with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, I knew I could run large scale events with ease. And from there, Event Stylist & Co was born.

I started Event Stylist & Co because I know exactly how it feels to spend months planning a wedding, only to find yourself managing it on the day. My mission is to ensure every couple gets to experience their wedding the way it was intended — present, relaxed and completely immersed in the celebration.
