Event Planning + Design

Our bespoke planning & design package is ideal for time-poor couples looking to handover all of the wedding logistics, styling aesthetics and planning details to a pro. This is our most comprehensive service, designed to remove all of the pressure so you can actually enjoy your wedding planning experience without any of the stress!

Whether you have no idea or all the ideas, we become your event architects and dedicated project managers - working closely with you at each step to plan, design and execute your dream day from start to finish. This full-service package is tailored specifically to meet your needs, allowing us to work out a plan that best suits your vision, style and budget. 

We completely appreciate the significance of your event, and take the time to get to know you both to ensure your wedding feels authentic, personal and one-of-a-kind. Most importantly, we make sure every detail is accounted for and give you the confidence to relax and focus on the fun stuff!

This comprehensive service includes but is not limited to:

  • Complete project management of your event from start to finish

  • Sourcing, booking and managing all suppliers and required elements for the day, including celebrant or priest, caterer, photographer, videographer, hair and MUP, entertainers, transport, florist, stylist, stationery, dress, furniture and décor hire, lighting and AV technician

  • Drawing inspiration from your vision, personality and preferences to create a personalised event outline - always taking into consideration how you want your day to “feel” and the atmosphere you wish to create

  • Sourcing of ceremony and reception venues, including obtaining licenses and council requirements as needed

  • Creation of a comprehensive theme design, mood board and consultation, detailing all of the styling aspects required to execute your vision

  • Ongoing email and phone communication with suppliers and services as required

  • Unlimited access to our team via a private messenger chat, enabling you to ask questions and send through inspiration as they pop into your head. This ensures we are one cohesive team throughout the entire planning process

  • On-site attendance at your wedding rehearsal, where we construct and confirm a floor plan for your event

  • Complete set up, management and coordination of the day itself, including two staff members (per 100 guests) for up to 8-10 hours and everything outlined in our “On The Day Coordination” package

  • Management of music from start to finish

  • In addition to over 200 hours of behind the scenes research and admin for your event

Styling + Design + Coordination

Our styling, design and coordination package is perfect for couples who don’t require complete project management, but still need assistance with designing and executing the overall look and feel of their event. 

As your creative visionaries, we’ll work closely with you to ensure your wedding day is imbued with personal elements, meaningful details and an authentic style that feels like “yours”. We take the time to get to know you, your personality quirks and relationship dynamic, allowing us to design a unique, on-point concept that genuinely tells your story.

Along with dreaming up an epic styling concept, we ensure your vision is executed seamlessly on the day itself - always considering how your guests will be using and enjoying the space. This personalised service also includes sourcing and management of all styling elements, along with everything included in our “On The Day Coordination” package to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. 

Our styling support and coordination package is perfect for couples who already have a clear idea of their styling vision, but simply need help managing the finer details and bringing everything together. Basically, you know exactly how you want your wedding to look and feel, but no idea how to actually make it happen!

We’ll meet with you to discuss your current plans in detail as you provide us with your vision, theming inspiration and styling preferences. Based on our consultation, we’ll recommend the best suppliers to fit your exact requirements - saving you precious research time and ensuring your vision comes to life effortlessly just as you’d envisioned. Then, on the day itself, we’ll be there to style every scene and bring your vision to fruition!

This package includes up to two one-on-one visits before the event (your initial consult and final walk through), along with all inclusions outlined in our “On The Day Coordination” package.

Styling Support + Setup + Coordination

On The Day Coordination

Our popular On The Day Coordination package is perfect for the super organised DIY couple. You have the vision, you’ve done all the hard work and pre-wedding preparations - and now you’re ready to hand over the reins to an expert who can pull it all together on the day.

Our On The Day Coordination service begins 6 weeks before your wedding day, where we discuss in detail every aspect of your event. You’ll handover all of your wedding plans, supplier details and contact information, allowing us to formulate a run-sheet and confirm timings and responsibilities with everyone involved.

On the day itself, our coordination ninjas will work meticulously behind-the-scenes managing your timeline, meeting suppliers, overseeing your wedding setup and executing all of your hard work - ensuring everything runs smoothly and your DIY details shine through! Our styling service is ideal for couples who simply require a trustworthy professional to set up their styling and decor details on the day. You’ll organise everything and create an actionable to-do list, and we’ll carefully set up all styling elements as guided by your instructions. 

This package can be custom designed, so if you require more or less hours on site we can adjust the quote to suit. We completely understand that no two weddings are the same, and can discuss flexible options to suit your needs.


Our next-day pack down service can be added to any of our wedding planning, styling and coordination packages. This includes packing away any hire items for collection from your suppliers (to avoid any additional fees from them), and clearing away any rubbish.
